CANCELLATION POLICY

PAYMENT Cash is preferred for all services. Card payments are accepted, including tap-to-pay or manual entry. Payment is due at the time of service. A card on file is required for booking. ⸻ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 48 hours’ notice is appreciated when possible. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-call/no-shows, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee for reserved appointment time, based on the scheduled service total. This fee is nonrefundable. Same-week reschedules (Monday–Saturday of the current work week) may be accommodated at my discretion. If rescheduled within the same work week, the cancellation fee may be applied once to the rescheduled appointment. Reschedules outside of the current work week will forfeit the fee. ⸻ LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS A 5-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals 5–9 minutes late may incur a $5 late fee, and services may be shortened to respect the next client. Arrivals 10 minutes or more late without contact will be considered a no-show. If I am able to accommodate a late arrival beyond 10 minutes, a $10 convenience fee will apply. ⸻ GIFT CARDS Gift cards must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise noted. Gift cards are nonrefundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
